    Born and raised in Peru, her life has always been guided by culture, art, movement, and holistic health.
    At 18, she left home to live across continents, immersing herself in people and stories that shaped her worldview. Through five years of solo exploration, she found what she was truly searching for: community. She fell in love with the power of community and the potential that arises when like-minded, driven people come together.

    With over a decade of experience exploring physical practice and holistic health, today, Aitana stays connected with these passions through daily conscious movement, creative healthy cooking, and by remaining a constant student and researcher.
